1 can chickpeas (rinse and drain — do not skip this step)
2 Tablespoons olive oil
chipotle pepper powder (to taste)
sea salt and pepper (to taste)
juice of 1 lime
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
Cover chickpeas in oil, sea salt, pepper and chipotle pepper powder and arrange on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy
Season with lime juice and a drizzle of olive oil
