∆ The B Vitamins present in Moringa , specifically folic acid (Vitamin B9), Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 are all responsible for helping the body remove homocysteine from the blood. High levels of homocysteine can cause artery damage. Meat is a good source of B vitamins, which is why vegetarians have an increased risk of dangerous homocysteine levels. It is especially important that they supplement these important vitamins for cardiac health.
•Vitamin B3 in Moringa , known more commonly as niacin, may also reduce cholesterol in high concentrations, although further testing is needed to prove this conclusively. •These nutrients work by quenching homocysteine, an amino acid in the blood that attacks blood vessel walls and promotes cardiovascular disease. 
Homocysteine (pronounced ho´-mo-sis´-teen) has emerged after 25 years of research as the "new cholesterol," and researchers estimate that it is a major risk factor in 10 to 40 percent of heart attacks and strokes in the United States. Under normal circumstances, this amino acid is a short-lived byproduct of methionine metabolism, but a diet short on B vitamins prevents its breakdown. 
The latest study, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, analyzed 38 previous studies on homocysteine, folic acid, and cardiovascular diseases. Researcher Shirley A. A. Beresford, PhD, of the University of Washington, confirmed that high blood levels of homocysteine were clearly associated with cardiovascular diseases and that folic acid lowered levels of the amino acid. Other studies have reported that vitamins for cardiac health also include B6, B12, and choline also lower homocysteine levels.
•High blood levels of homocysteine, also known as hyperhomocysteinemia, pose a risk of cardiovascular disease independent of other risk factors, such as cholesterol, triglyceride, smoking, and so forth. Beresford estimated that up to 50,000 coronary heart disease deaths could be prevented by increasing folic acid intake-by eating more fruit and vegetables, fortifying foods with the vitamin, or taking supplements.
•B12 (Cobalamin): B12 comes in various forms, but the methyl form is the one best used by the body, especially the central nervous system. Cyanocobalamin is the one most often found in nutritional supplements but then has to be converted by the liver. The conversion produces a significantly lesser amount. Therefore, it is best to use the methyl form. A Houston study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that deficiencies in both B12 and folate, ones particularly common in the elderly, were likely associated with age-related auditory dysfunction. Deficiencies of these two B vitamins could affect both the nervous and vascular systems associated with hearing. A deficiency has also been associated with chronic tinnitus and noise-induced hearing loss. This led researchers to recommend that serum levels of vitamin B12 be evaluated in persons with tinnitus, noise-induced hearing loss, or age-related hearing loss. A deficiency of B12 may also inhibit myelination (outer covering) of the neurons in the cochlear nerve.

I recently Read An Article From NATURALNEWS.COM That Stated that The B12 Topic Was A MYTH And That We got It From Bacterias On Our Fruits And Veggies From The SOIL. I Am A Gardener And I Grow All My FOOD ORGANICALLY GROWN, Meaning i Don't Use ANYTHING MAN-MADE, Period. I Don't Spray Chemicals On ANY OF MY CROPS OR SOIL. And When I Eat My Veggies, I Do Not Need To Wash Them, I Use My Moringa, Which Is A Natural Herbicide, Pesticide, Insecticide, And It Happens To Be A PERFECT Ph Fertilizer As Well ( Watch To Learn The Science Of That HERE:)  
Well, I Then Watched A Long Video Segment From Dr.Greger Called, "40 Year Old Vegan Gets A Heart Attack, Why? The b12 And Omega 3,6 Myth"...This Discouraged Me At First, Because It Made It look like You Might As Well Be A Meat Eater, If You Aren't Getting Your b12...Now, Granted I Don't Believe In Taking Supplements- Because I Know Most Supplements Are Filled With Rice and is fake ( They spray with an organic pesticide, which is very dangerous- yet they can still label as "Certified Organic, though it is still conventional methods) according to YOUNG TURKS (Who found a study that was conducted in Russian), they have proof that over 1/3 of the health supplements are NOT the actually herbs they are labeled as (References Below). 

THEN, on top of that I know alot about the topic of CODEX ALIMENTARIUS (Watch my link interview with THE IAN JACKLIN- show "ICureCancer.Com Ian Jacklin Interviews Eric Plott" We Talk About This Subject) and I mention that they spray even the "Certified Organic" Foods with a dangerous Organic pesticide that you eat (Ethylene) . So, My Point I am trying to make here, is once and for all what is the b12 REALITY!?
I Take Moringa, which has b12 and it is the most nutritional and anti-oxidant rich plant ever discovered. I Am A Harvard Researcher And I am studying the amazing properties on how it removes toxins and heavy metals in the body, the seeds when crushed purify water, the moringa when consumed blocks all radiation, and the seed oil left behind from the crushed seeds can be used as a bio-fuel to run engines and cars, etc. 
So, I believe in whole foods that are grown organically, I made a movie online called, "Glued from the Genetically Modified Couches to the Organically Grown Gardens movie" (LINK POSTED BELOW FOR FREE VIEWING)
to teach the importance of either 1) Growing your own garden or 2) finding a trusted farmer to purchase fresh organic (NON SPRAYED AND NON GMO) gardens. 
I am a Solutions kinda guy and I feel that these subjects should be addressed, because I have even seen vegans who are sick, because they go on our diet, but they consume a lot of GMO Or Conventionally grown veggies and fruits instead of the REAL ALL NATURALLY GROWN Plants.
You can watch the movie "seeds of death" or "Genetic Roulette" to See how there are people getting sick from GMO veggies and fruits/Nuts. 
So, I just want the truth! Who Better to Ask Then Cornell's Finest? The Plant Based Nutrition Class has been a God Scent, Because This has been a questioning conspiracy that really concerns me greatly; perhaps there is someone with further knowledge on this topic that can take me to the final truth?
